Ordering Coins is easy!
We Will Create Your Design/Artwork For Free!

•Once you’ve decided to purchase from KV Coins we will send you an invoice (with a price quote)
•Before working on your coin design/artwork, we collect $50 – which is deducted from your die fee
•The $50 Die Fee Advance is required if you need us to design your coin
•This payment is applied towards your die/mold fee, and is non-refundable

You can design your own coin, or let us do it for you.
Any picture, concept, or idea can be minted on your coin.
We will do all the artwork, and research required to finalize your design.
Once you’ve approved the design – we will start production!

Production Time
Production time starts after the artwork has been finalized/approved and we have received payment. It takes approx 3 - 4 weeks for us to make the die/mold and produce a sample coin, key chain, or lapel pin. After the sample is approved, it takes another 3 - 4 weeks to complete the order: 6 - 8 weeks total.

If you Skip the sample: We will make/deliver the entire order within approx 4 - 5 weeks… however, we “normally” don’t guarantee delivery by a specific date unless the customer is willing to pay a $200 rush fee for express shipping.

Re-Orders
Reorders normally take 3 – 4 weeks to make… depending on the coin design, coin options, and the number of coins being made.

However, we don’t guarantee any deliveries by a certain date unless the rush fee is paid.

Skipping the Sample
Customers that skip the sample agree to accept the completed coins, key chains, or lapel pins “as is.” We can’t give refunds or remake product for customers that skip the sample... unless there is an obvious error on the completed product that differs from the customer approved artwork/design.
