The pictures, symbols, and/or artwork either requested or provided by you, the purchaser, and used by KV Coins to create a product for you, could have come from many sources that are not controlled by KV Coins or its coin manufactory.

Purchaser Responsibility:
(#1) Purchaser shall determine whether purchaser has adequate legal rights to use, reproduce, re-sale, or otherwise make use of any pictures, symbols, or artwork in the manner contemplated by purchaser to be reproduced by KV Coins.
(#2) Purchaser shall comply with any legal obligations associated with the artwork being used by KV Coins when requesting KV Coins to make a personalized product. This includes, but is not limited to, obligations imposed by copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, and export laws for any and all artwork used.
(#3) Purchaser shall determine whether the pictures, symbols, and/or artwork which will be used by KV Coins for creating their personalized product complies with purchasers needs. Purchaser must thoroughly examine and approve the artwork prior to approving and paying for a product to be made. Once the artwork has been approved and the set-up fees have been paid any future changes will require the customer to pay additional set-up fees and/or product cost.

No KV Coins Liability:
(#1) In no event will KV Coins or its coin manufactory, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, and the like, or any other damages arising in any way because of availability, use, reproduction or re-sell of any pictures, symbols, or artwork used by KV Coins – even if KV Coins shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise; or for any claim attributable to copyright infringement, improper use, errors, omissions, or any inappropriate use of pictures, symbols, or artwork used, or created by KV Coins for any coin designs either requested and/or paid for by the purchaser.
(#2) Although products purchased from KV Coins are normally delivered within 6 - 8 weeks, purchaser understands that there are no guaranteed delivery dates. KV Coins will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries.

Refund or Return Policy:
(#1) KV Coins must collect a $50 Die Fee Advance before creating/designing artwork for customer products. This is only required when customers ask us to create their product designs prior to paying for the products. The $50 down payment is applied towards the die/mold fee after the artwork is approved. The $50 is non-refundable. If you should decided you don’t want to purchase from us “after” we have created your product design/artwork – the $50 will be considered payment for computerized graphic art services provided.
(#2) Artwork approval: Customer must verify and approve the product design/artwork (coin, key chain, lapel pin, etc) before ordering a sample. If the customer finds a mistake on the sample that differs from the approved design/artwork, KV Coins will pay for a 2nd sample to be made. If the customer approves the detailed artwork and then decides they don’t like the way it looks on the sample product, the customer is responsible for the cost to make any changes to the die/mold.
(#3) Sample approval: If the customer finds a mistake on the sample product, the customer must notify KV Coins of the mistake. If the mistake on the sample differs from the approved design/artwork, KV Coins will pay for a 2nd sample to be made. If the customer approves the sample, (either picture or actual product) KV Coins won’t be liable for any mistakes found after the order is completed.
(#4) No sample: Customers that skip the sample agree to accept the completed order (coins, key chains, lapel pins, etc) “as is.” We won’t give refunds or remake product for customers that skip the sample... unless there is an obvious error that differs from the approved artwork.
